Bill Davis has been a litigation attorney since 2007, trying dozens of jury trials during that time. Bill concentrates his practice on defending medical professionals, healthcare institutions, businesses and individuals in the courtroom. Bill joined BHS in 2012. He is a graduate of SIU School of Law. He also serves as an officer and board member of the Sangamon County Bar Association and is a member of the ISBA Assembly.
Daniel Hamilton has a diversified practice focusing on real estate, general business and employment matters, and government relations and advocacy. Daniel joined BHS in 2013. He is a graduate of SIU School of Law. He has extensive experience in managing and advising political campaigns, trade and member associations and grass roots organizations.
David Hennessy focuses his practice in the areas of complex civil litigation and business consulting. David joined BHS in 2015. He is a graduate of University of Miami School of Law. David serves on the ISBA's Commercial Banking, Collections and Bankruptcy Section Counsel. He is also a founding member of the Board of Directors of 100+ Who Care in Springfield.
