Jeffery M. Wilday, managing partner, and Roland Cross, partner at Brown, Hay & Stephens, LLP, joined other panelists in presenting information to business owners about the impact of employment suits in their organizations.  Discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims are a growing reality in today’s business world.  As panelists, Mr. Wilday and Mr. Cross discussed employment law and what can be done to help protect businesses against legal actions sought by current and past employees.
