Mr. Schanzle-Haskins has over 25 years of civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts.  Tom has also litigated cases before administrative agencies and arbitrators.  Tom has been responsible for trials and appeals in a variety of complex civil matters including commercial litigation, construction litigation, product and manufacturing process failures, employment and civil rights claims, commercial and business torts, personal injury litigation, trust & estate litigation and federal criminal defense.  Tom has been the lead attorney for civil litigation in all divisions of the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois and many counties in the Central Illinois area.  Tom has represented clients with cases involving complex white-collar crime investigations and charges in the Central District of Illinois.  He has successfully defended clients charged with serious financial crimes.

Tom has been involved in litigation at the trial and appellate levels for his entire professional career.  He has a wealth of experience in courtroom trial work, discovery and pre-trial investigation, which are integral to the complicated cases litigated today.
