Mr. Tracy's practice is concentrated in non-public corporate and employment law, including mergers and acquisitions.  Mr. Tracy is active in the Illinois State Bar Association (past chair of Corporations & Securities Law Subcommittee, past chair of Judicial Advisory Polls Committee, past member of Labor & Employment Subcommittee), the Sangamon County Bar Association (past President) and the Illinois Secretary of State's Corporate Acts Advisory Committee (past Chair).  He has published articles on banking and corporate law and given numerous lectures on commercial law, employment law and corporate law.  Mr. Tracy represents several family businesses and has served as lead counsel for closely held businesses in numerous commercial, corporate, tax, shareholder, partner and employment disputes throughout the country.
