Claire A. Manning has over twenty-five years of substantial legal experience in environmental law, labor and employment law, regulatory law and administrative law and procedures. Now in private practice as a Partner with Brown Hay & Stephens, LLP, the oldest law firm in Illinois, Manning represents corporate, government and association clients in a wide variety of environmental, administrative and labor and employment matters.
