Claire A. Manning has over twenty-five years of substantial legal experience in environmental law, labor and employment law, regulatory law and administrative law and procedures. Now in private practice as a Partner with Brown Hay & Stephens, LLP, the oldest law firm in Illinois, Manning represents corporate, government and association clients in a wide variety of environmental, administrative and labor and employment matters. She has experience before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals; the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois; the Illinois Appellate Courts, various circuit courts, the Illinois Pollution Control Board, the Illinois Commerce Commission and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
