Dwight “Cap” O’Keefe joined Brown, Hay + Stephens as a Partner in 1989. He has been in an Of Counsel capacity with the firm since 2014. Mr. O’Keefe represents many townships and municipalities in the Central Illinois area. In addition, he has an extensive practice in estate planning, trusts and probate matters. Cap is a registered lobbyist and represents several clients in lobbying efforts.
